BROOKLYN PAN PIZZA
Our pizzas are inspired by Detroit, but born (and raised) here in Brooklyn. Twice baked, with a cheesy, crust and then loaded with fresh toppings.
Our dough is cold fermented overnight, creating a light airy crust that cooks up crispy, with nooks and crannies to hold all the flavours. The first bake is layered right to the edge with mozzarella, Grana Padano, Pecorino giving it that savory pan pizza crunch.
